Festive Chaos by the Coast
Set along the stunning Bellerive waterfront, this festive team building Hobart adventure was pure holiday mayhem. Laughter echoed across the sand, tinsel flew through the air, and one “Director Santa” turned heads in a red velvet outfit that could only be described as… bold.
The teams came dressed to impress, showing off their Christmas flair in full force. We saw elves, reindeer, and humans wrapped in tinsel who looked more festive than the office tree. The energy? Off the charts.
The Challenges
This wasn’t your average day at the beach. The crew tackled a hilarious lineup of team bonding challenges, including:
Bucket Catch – coordination not required, laughter guaranteed
Sandcastle Showdown – where questionable architecture met great teamwork
Minefield – blindfolds, chaos, and trust put to the test
Cheer Routines – featuring splits, star jumps, and some truly iconic moves
Each challenge had teams laughing, strategising, and occasionally collapsing in the sand.
