After 18 years in the corporate world, Kerri knew there had to be a better way to build strong teams. She’d seen high-pressure environments, endless meetings, and teams working hard without truly connecting.

So, she took a leap and created Tailored Team Building, with a clear mission: design team building experiences that go beyond icebreakers and actually bring people together.
