We had the absolute pleasure of teaming up with the incredible staff from Immanuel Lutheran College for a sun-soaked team building event on the Sunshine Coast. The school holidays were the perfect time to celebrate the end of term, unwind, and swap lesson plans for laughter-filled challenges by the beach.

Racing by the Beach

Set along the stunning Sunshine Coast beaches, this outdoor team bonding adventure had everything you could ask for, clues, creativity, collaboration, and a little healthy competition. Teams sprinted between checkpoints, cracked puzzles, and tackled hilarious activities that tested teamwork and communication, all while soaking in the sea breeze and plenty of Sunshine Coast energy.

Energy, Spirit, and Laughter

From the very first challenge, the energy was contagious. Teachers and admin staff threw themselves into every activity with humour, enthusiasm, and just the right touch of cheekiness. The beach relay brought out surprise stars, plenty of cheering, and more than a few sandy celebrations.

And the feedback? Nothing short of glowing.
