Recently we hosted a lively Hobart Amazing Race for the team at Tiernay Law. From the moment they arrived, we knew this group was going to bring the energy. Teams turned up dressed head-to-toe in their team colours, ready to race through the city and claim victory.

Salamanca Markets Meets “Where’s Wally”
One of the most memorable challenges took place right in the middle of the bustling Salamanca Markets.
Teams were given a simple mission: find Wally.
But not just any Wally.
Our very own host was hidden among the Saturday crowds wearing the unmistakable red and white striped scarf, blending in perfectly with the busy market atmosphere.
Teams searched high and low through the stalls, scanning the crowds and whispering, “Is that Wally…?”
The moment someone spotted the scarf was priceless. Cue cheering, pointing, and a mad dash through the market to claim their next clue.
Racing Around Hobart’s Harbour
Once Wally had been located, teams raced off along Hobart’s stunning harbourfront.
Each checkpoint brought a new challenge. Some required clever thinking. Others required teamwork (and occasionally a bit of dramatic acting). The goal was simple, earn the next envelope and keep the race moving.
As teams moved between clues, Hobart became their playground. The waterfront buzzed with laughter as teams navigated puzzles, posed for photo challenges, and tried to out-race their competitors.

After a fast-paced race around the city, teams made their way to the final location, Port Street Social.
