How it works

Planning a Dunedin Amazing Race should feel simple, fun and full of anticipation. Every experience we deliver is completely custom designed, with no fixed routes and no cookie-cutter formats. That means your Corporate Amazing Race is tailored to your team, your location and your goals.

On the day, our professional hosts meet you at your chosen start point, organise everyone into smaller teams and run a quick, high-energy briefing. We explain how to win, how to lose and how to “cheat” (within reason, of course). Then we kick things off with a fun opening challenge designed to get everyone moving, thinking and working together straight away.

Once teams complete that first challenge, they receive a sealed envelope, just like the TV show, revealing their next clue. From there, teams race between fully hosted checkpoints across Dunedin’s Octagon, waterfront, city centre and surrounding areas, following a course designed specifically for your group. There are no apps to download and no awkward tech issues. Instead, our crew runs every checkpoint in person, creating real interaction and genuine team bonding.

As the race unfolds, teams settle into the rhythm, navigating clues, building momentum and leaning into the competition. Finally, the last envelope reveals the Pit Stop.
