After 18 years in the corporate world, Kerri Muir knew there had to be a better way to build strong, connected teams. She’d seen the pressure, the meetings, and the busy schedules — and how often genuine connection was missing.

So, she took the leap and created Tailored Team Building with a simple goal: design team building experiences that go beyond icebreakers and actually bring people together. From there, the Corporate Amazing Race concept evolved into one of the most popular formats for corporate teams across New Zealand.

Today, Kerri leads a nationwide crew of professional Amazing Race hosts, designers, and facilitators delivering Corporate Amazing Race events in New Zealand that don’t feel like work — yet still deliver meaningful results. It’s team building with purpose, energy, and impact.
