After 18 years in the corporate world, Kerri knew teams deserved something better than awkward icebreakers and forced fun. She’d experienced the pressure, the deadlines, and the siloed workplaces firsthand. So, she made a bold move and created experiences that actually work.
Kerri founded Corporate Amazing Race with one clear mission: deliver corporate team bonding that feels exciting, inclusive, and genuinely effective. Her deep corporate background means she understands business goals, but her passion lies in watching teams come alive outside the boardroom.
She’s happiest when teams are racing through a city, solving clues under pressure, celebrating small wins, and laughing their way through unexpected twists. That mix of strategy, movement, and connection is where real teamwork happens.
